Oct 31: Deadline for Submission of Presentation Papers by Presenters

November 27: Opening of the Tokyo Congress

** To present a paper in the congress, an applicant who has submitted a presentation proposal and successfully admitted for the presentation will need to write a presentation paper (max, 6 pages), in any format, by October 31. Please submit your paper via the following link: Paper Submission

Congress Registration Fees and Welcome Dinner Fees

To present your paper at the Congress, participants are required to pay the registration fee online in advance via the Congress website by the end of October. Presentations will not be included in either the final program or the conference proceedings without completed registration and payment of the registration fee.

If you participate in the Congress without presenting a paper, you are required to pay the registration fee either online in advance via the Congress website or directly at the registration desk at the venue.

The fee varies depending on the participant category. Participants registering under the student rate must present a valid student ID at registration, even if payment has been made online in advance.

To attend the Welcome Dinner scheduled on the second day of the Congress, participants are required to pay a separate fee online by November 15 via the link below. The fee varies depending on the participant category. Participants registering under the student rate must present a valid student ID at registration, even if payment has been made online in advance.
