May 31: Announcement of Call for Papers
June 5 - Sept 15: Submission of Presentation Proposals
July1-Sep30: Notification of the Acceptance of Presentation Proposals
Accepted Presenters will need to submit Presentation Papers
Oct 15: Announcement of Session Placement and 3-day Congress Schedule
Oct 31: Deadline for Submission of Presentation Papers by Presenters
Nov 10: Announcement of Congress Proceedings
November 27: Opening of the Tokyo Congress
** To present a paper in the congress, an applicant who has submitted a presentation proposal and successfully admitted for the presentation will need to write a presentation paper (max, 6 pages) and send it to the Japan Local Organizing Committee.
** A successful applicant is not eligible for the paper presentation unless s/he has completed the payment of congress participation fees.

Congress Registration Fees and Welcome Dinner Fees
To participate in the Congress, participants are required to pay the registration fee either online in advance via the Congress website or directly at the registration desk at the venue. The fee varies depending on the participant category. Participants registering under the student rate must present a valid student ID at registration, even if payment has been made online in advance.

To attend the Welcome Dinner scheduled on the second day of the Congress, participants are required to pay a separate fee either online in advance via the Congress website or directly at the registration desk at the venue. The fee varies depending on the participant category. Participants registering under the student rate must present a valid student ID at registration, even if payment has been made online in advance.
